I doubt Apple would shuffle through the stock to find one with 1.0.2. AT&T wouldn't either! You may find one on EBAY or the used market. You already know the 1.1.1 firmware can't be unlocked. But early adopters might not mind selling to you a used iPhone (with 1.0.2) You can go backwards for jailbreaks , but not for unlocks. You may be too late! 1.1.1 is on the shelves now.
